The Carnegie Museum memorial wall is dedicated to the remembrance those we have lost. Each plaque bears the name of someone dear. A memorial plaque is a wonderful way to show families how much you care.
If you are interested in dedicating a plaque to someone, please send the name of the deceased, or a copy of the obituary and a check for $25.00 to the museum. Also send the name and address of the deceased's family. A letter explaining the memorial gift will be sent to them.
